Biography
Haley Sipes is an independent artist based in Ashland, Mississippi, USA. She graduated with a B.F.A. in 2019 from the Mississippi University for Women in Columbus with an emphasis on drawing and painting. Upon graduating her work was featured in Austin Kaiser’s book, Putting Wings on Ideas: How Content Travels and Becomes Popular, and his digital art magazine Artfest 01. Haley has had a solo exhibition, travels to sell at events and comic cons, and works as a freelance illustrator. Her personal work explores themes of absence, family, ambiguity, nostalgia, and the ongoing exploration of self.
